Warren County Pathfinders (WCP) -is committed to providing an array of community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities in our community. Current programs include Adult Day Program, Residential Program (including Individualized Supported Living, Host Home and In-Home) Employment-based Personal Assistant and a thriving Social/ Recreation Program that serves both students and adults. In addition, WCP also has a strong presence in Special Olympics and participates in 13 different sports, year-round.
