Lacey McCraw

Lacey McCraw, MHRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant at Warren Whitney since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lacey held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration at The Monument Companies from February 2015 to May 2023, and previously worked as an Office & HR Administrator there. Lacey's early experience includes various roles at Christopher Newport University, where responsibilities ranged from Special Events Student Assistant to Police Aide Supervisor, as well as temporary positions as a Management Support Clerk at FEMA. Lacey began a career in administration as an Administrative Assistant at Northern Virginia Eye Institute. Lacey earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University.
