Karsten Rösener

Karsten Rösener serves as the Chief Digital Officer and member of the extended management board at WARSTEINER Brauerei Haus Cramer Management GmbH since February 2024, overseeing the IT and digital transformation for the Warsteiner Group across four brewery locations. Prior to this role, Karsten was the Chief Information & Digital Officer at Laurens Spethmann Holding Aktiengesellschaft & Co. KG from April 2016 to February 2024, managing IT and organizational responsibilities for a group comprising nine plants and seven warehouses with international operations. Additionally, Karsten held the position of Chief Information Officer at GoodMills Group GmbH from July 2013 to March 2016, responsible for the entire IT function. Earlier experience includes consulting in process improvement and team management as an Executive Consultant at Freudenberg IT from January to June 2013, and leading the Midmarket strategy as Director Midmarket Central, EMEA at Tectura from November 2010 to December 2012. Karsten Rösener holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Clausthal, completed in January 1997.
