Eric Li

Eric Li is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement in the Marine Business at Wärtsilä since July 2018. With a strong focus on coaching leaders and supporting end-to-end process transformation utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Eric has held various key roles at Wärtsilä, including Senior Operational Excellence Manager and Senior Development Manager, contributing to the development of corporate CI models and lean transformations across multiple factories in Asia. Prior experience includes roles in operational excellence at the University of Buckingham and Tuthill Corporation, as well as engineering positions at Bosch. Eric holds a PhD in Business from the University of Buckingham, and both a Master and Bachelor of Engineering from Central South University.
