John Lee

John Lee serves as Specialist Legal Counsel for Energy Storage at Wärtsilä since May 2018, bringing extensive expertise in legal and commercial negotiations from prior roles, including Legal Counsel at Samsung Engineering, where responsibilities involved leading bids for international megaprojects exceeding $500 million. Previous experience includes legal internships at the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Samsung Engineering, focusing on contract drafting and compliance with intellectual property laws. John Lee obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
