Katariina Vuorio

Katariina Vuorio is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in managing infrastructure and ICT services across various organizations. Currently serving as General Manager of ICT Production Services at Wärtsilä since November 2023, Katariina oversees global infrastructure services, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks, as well as on-premise data center capacity and future cloud platform services. Previously, Katariina held multiple leadership roles at Kesko (K-Group) from 2015 to 2023, where responsibilities spanned head of infrastructure services, ERP services for grocery trade, IT operations, and support of critical SAP systems. Earlier positions include Global IT Manager at Rautakesko Oy, project management roles at YIT and ADP Dealer Services International, and technical consulting at Endero Oy and Conformiq Software Ltd. Katariina's strong background in project management, vendor management, and IT operations is complemented by a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu and ongoing education at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
