Sierk Pander

Sierk Pander possesses extensive experience in the mechanical and quality inspection fields, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Quality Inspector at Wärtsilä since November 2018, Sierk previously worked as a Mechanic at Hiab Benelux B.V. and Wärtsilä, where responsibilities included rebuilding and testing engines. Earlier roles included Field Service Engineer, providing global support and supervision on engine revisions, and assembly work on hydraulic truck cranes at Hiab BV. Sierk also contributed to engine work for both pleasure and commercial vessels at Aalders Nautic Air Service Hasselt, and started to develop skills in the mechanical field while training at Loonbedrijf Van Leussen Dalfsen.
