Len Walker, PMP, has a diverse background in management and technical roles, with significant experience in the construction and facilities sectors. Since May 2021, Len has served as a Technician at Washing Systems. Prior to this, from November 2015 to May 2021, Len was the Operations Manager and 504 ADA Coordinator at Augusta Housing Authority, overseeing modernization activities and managing construction contracts. Len's earlier experience includes serving as Facilities Manager at Smiths Detection from November 2006 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing multiple facility operations and budgets, and as Project Manager at Seasonair, Inc. from May 2004 to November 2006, in charge of contracts valued between $5K and $1.3M. Len graduated from J.O. Johnson High School in 1982 with a high school diploma.
