Washington Art Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing visual art classes, workshops, exhibitions, pop-up member artist sales and other events, to enrich our community.

Since its opening in 1952, Washington Art Association has hosted over 500 exhibitions showcasing both emerging and established artists. Washington Art Association features about ten exhibitions a year and students, faculty, and member artists are all invited to participate in these annual exhibitions. In 2018, Washington Art Association won the Northwest CT Arts Council CultureMax Award for best cultural organization.
