Ryan Beard

Ryan Beard has a diverse background in education and career technical education, serving as CTE Program Administrator at Redmond High School from March 2014 to August 2017 and later as Dean of Students at Richland School District 400 from July 2019 to July 2024. With previous experience as Director of Career and Technical Education at Ryan Beard Studios, where metal sculpture and fabrication techniques were primary focuses, and as a CTE Instructional Specialist with the High Desert Education Service District, Beard has successfully supported and enhanced technical education programs. Additionally, Ryan Beard has experience as a Science Teacher for grades 6-8 in the Eugene School District and currently works as Senior Program Officer for Career Pathways at Washington STEM. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Western Oregon University, multiple Master's Degree programs in Elementary Education, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Oregon.
