Antonio Young

Antonio Young has a diverse professional background in business development, program management, and sports marketing. From August 2015 to May 2017, Antonio served as Vice President of Business Development at Hicks Holdings LLC, where key client relationships were managed and business expansion was successfully achieved through strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Antonio led after-school and community programs at Harlem Children's Zone, significantly impacting local families. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Player Relations at X Factor Sports from September 2013 to August 2015, athlete relationships were built and secured vital endorsement deals. Antonio then became the Founding President of HCC, enhancing client engagement by over 30%. Currently, as a Contract Advisor at Wasserman, high-profile marketing deals for NFL players are negotiated, and since July 2025, Antonio is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Preston Robert Tisch Institute, leveraging real-world sports expertise to educate students.
