James Rubin

James Rubin is currently the EVP & Managing Executive at Wasserman, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Partner and Co-Head of the Hip Hop Department at WME from 2015 to 2025. James had a notable career as the Chief Executive Officer of Melting Pot Productions from 2003 to 2006 and worked as Vice President at The Agency Group between 2008 and 2014. Additionally, they began their career as a Talent Agent at Best Kept Secret Agency from 2006 to 2008.
