Matt Rose currently serves as Vice President of Creative Strategy at Wasserman, overseeing Creative Strategy for US Sponsorships since May 2024. Previously, Rose held multiple leadership roles at CSM Sport & Entertainment from May 2019 to May 2024, including Vice President and Creative Strategy Director, where responsibilities included leading creative initiatives for North American sports clients and developing quarterly trend reports on sports, entertainment, and culture. Earlier experience includes strategic roles at The Mars Agency, where Rose led marketing programs for Nestle Waters and managed creative strategy for notable projects such as HBO's "Winning Time" and the Peloton campaign. Rose's career also features account management at Steiner Sports and internships at the Philadelphia 76ers and 94.1 WIP SportsRadio. Matt Rose earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Sport Management from Syracuse University in 2015.
