Matthew Adler

Matthew Adler, MBA, is a seasoned music agent with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Wasserman since April 2021, Adler has progressed through various roles, including Vice President and Director in the music division. Prior to Wasserman, Adler was a Talent Agent at Paradigm Talent Agency, where responsibilities included negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and managing a diverse roster of 40 music clients, including platinum and Grammy-nominated artists. Adler's earlier career includes a partnership at NUE Agency, LLC, focusing on talent acquisition and company rebranding, as well as directing major concerts at Student Entertainment Events during college. Academically, Adler holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Maryland.
