Eric Croft

Eric Croft is an experienced operations improvement manager currently employed at WM since November 2013, where responsibilities include driving continuous improvement in Collection Operations across South Florida by identifying opportunities and leading strategic initiatives. Prior roles include operations management trainee at WM, where Eric developed extensive knowledge of various operational processes, and operations director at Regional Media Redefined, overseeing multiple business lines in a start-up environment. Eric also operated a freelance venture focused on customer service and vessel management and worked as first mate and relief captain at Ovation Sport Fishing. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
