Prior roles at WM included positions as Industrial Waste Accounts Manager and PNW Account Manager, where Eric specialized in waste management solutions. Prior to WM, Eric spent time as an Estimator in Project Management at Long Painting Company from 2004 to 2012, developing cost proposals for industrial abatement and coating projects. Outside of professional commitments, Eric dedicated nearly three decades as a full-time husband and father.
