Michael James has extensive experience in training, customer service management, and operations across various roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as Corporate Trainer III at WM since October 2012, Michael also holds a background as a Customer Service Supervisor and Regional Trainer. Previously, Michael was the Contact Center Director at the bugman, where responsibilities included reorganizing client relations and implementing key business programs. Prior experience includes a Program Implementation Manager role at Retention Education, focusing on account management and process improvement, as well as customer service supervision at DS Waters LP, where retention rates were successfully increased. Michael began a career in the United States Air Force as a Firefighter-Emergency Medical Technician. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision at Southern New Hampshire University, Michael combines military discipline with a strong foundation in customer service and training methodologies.
