Ron Workman, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Environmental Compliance Auditor at WM since October 2025, working remotely. Prior to this role, Ron held various positions at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma from January 2020 to October 2025, including Environmental Compliance Officer and Environmental Protection Specialist. From June 2008 to January 2020, Ron was with ETS-Lindgren as a Process Engineering Manager and Process Engineer, focusing on new product development and process efficiency. Additionally, Ron has experience as a QA Manager/EHS Manager, developing quality control procedures and managing ISO 9001 audits. Earlier in his career, Ron worked as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Earth Biofuels, overseeing environmental permitting and training. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, completed in 2023, and two Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry from the same institution, obtained in 2005.
