Todd MacPhee is a seasoned leader in fleet and maintenance operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. District Manager at WM since 2023, Todd directs the fleet and facility operations in Carp, Ontario, managing a substantial budget and a diverse team in a unionized setting. Prior to this, Todd held various management roles with the City of Ottawa from 2020 to 2023, overseeing the transit maintenance program and leading a large team responsible for the maintenance of an extensive bus fleet. Todd's tenure at BC Transit from 2010 to 2020 included significant responsibilities in fleet maintenance planning and asset management across multiple municipalities.
