At Waste to Plate, our mission is to help combat food waste and support environmental sustainability by redirecting surplus food to where it can make the biggest impact. We partner with organizations like FareShare, and local businesses to reduce carbon emissions, decrease landfill waste, and provide nutritious food to families in our community. 

We focus on rescuing surplus food and redistributing it to community members.  In addition,  we offer a variety of programmes to help fight hunger in our community, including sharing surplus food, cooking for kids and nutrition education. 

There are many ways to get involved with Waste to Plate. You can volunteer your time, donate food and / or repurpose the food we rescue.
