Based on a new IP - Waste2Nano builds proprietary systems that integrate wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) with AI/data-center cooling and waste mining of cellulose into microcellulose (MC) and nanocellulose (NC) - a high-value “wonder material” currently constrained by energy-intensive production economics. Our model turns wastewater from a cost center into an industrial asset: non-potable treated effluent becomes cooling water, and sewage solids become feedstock, while waste heat from AI compute becomes process energy for materials production. 
This is not incremental sustainability. It’s a structural redesign of flows that creates a triple-win:
1.	AI cooling that does not compete with drinking water,
2.	lower sludge volumes and reduced disposal liabilities for municipalities, and
3.	domestic production of high-value bio-based materials at lower cost and sold globally.

Location: We are seeking a U.S. “home base” to manufacture our modular Waste2Nano systems and launch our first commercial-scale AI-cooling pilot in 2026.
