Alper Erdener is an experienced professional in the field of systems engineering and unmanned systems. From January 2006 to March 2012, Alper Erdener held various positions at Aselsan, including Technical Manager, Program Director, Systems Engineer, and Project Manager, working on command, control, and weapon systems as well as remotely controlled weapons. Following this, Alper Erdener served as an Autonomous & Unmanned Systems Expert from September 2019 to December 2020. In December 2020, Alper Erdener founded RAS Technology and currently serves as its CEO, while also holding the position of Founder & CEO at SynTech Sistem Teknolojileri A.Ş. since February 2025 and working in defense business development at WAT Motor Company since March 2021. Alper Erdener holds a degree in Mechatronics from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, earned between 2000 and 2003.
