Rula Sayed Issa

Rula Sayed Issa has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management. Since 2017, Rula has held various roles at WATAN | منظومة وطن, including Quality and Compliance Manager, Head of PMO & Partnership Excellence, and PMO Officer. Prior to that, Rula worked as a Mechanical Engineer at a Private Engineering Office from January 2011 to July 2013. Rula earned a degree from Aleppo University between 2005 and 2010.
