WATCH CIO (Working All Together in Chard) is a Somerset-based charity offering mental health support and peer-led services to help adults feel more connected, confident and valued.

We work with people aged 18+ who may be feeling isolated or facing challenges with their mental wellbeing. Everything we do is grounded in lived experience and community spirit.

Through regular peer support groups, creative workshops and community activities, we support people to build friendships, learn new skills and take positive steps forward. Our approach is informal, inclusive and focused on wellbeing, recovery and connection.

Founded in 2010 as a peer-run project, we've grown into a registered CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) that’s supported hundreds of local people to find their voice and rediscover their potential.

Whether it's through art, nature, cooking, conversation, or simply being around others who understand, WATCH offers a space where people are met with respect, not judgement.

We’re proud to be part of Somerset’s community wellbeing network and work alongside partners to help improve mental health support across the county.
