Phil Lambert

Phil Lambert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and business development. Currently serving as General Manager at Watch Communications since January 2020, Lambert oversees operations in Western Kentucky. Prior to this role, Lambert was the Owner and President of Q-Wireless, LLC, which provided internet services to rural areas, successfully growing the customer base to 4,000 while managing all aspects of the business. Lambert's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Windstream, where relationships with municipal officials in Tennessee were developed, and held a Senior Category Manager position at Rexam, a manufacturer of plastic packaging. Lambert's career commenced at Siemens Electrical Products, where various engineering roles were undertaken. Education includes an MBA from the University of Evansville and a BSEE from Purdue University.
