Isabel Willson

Isabel Willson is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Watchfinder since January 2022. In this role, Isabel collaborates with Trade and Support functions to advance key people initiatives aligned with the Watchfinder People strategy, focusing on HR projects, employee relations, HR policy, talent and performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change. Prior to this position, Isabel gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Apprentice at Kent County Council and also held the role of Business Support Assistant. Isabel holds a CIPD Level 3 HR in People Practice from MidKent College and is an alumnus of Invicta Grammar School, where education was completed from 2011 to 2018.
