Malina Ma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in luxury retail and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the VIP Programme at Watchfinder since October 2022, Malina Ma is responsible for shaping the VIP engagement strategy aimed at enhancing customer retention and driving growth in high-end markets. Previously, Malina Ma held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at Watchfinder & Co., a leading pre-owned watch retailer under the Richemont Group. Malina Ma's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager for Business Development at Christie's, where effective strategies led to significant profit increases and successful international deals.
