Ellen Brimmer

Ellen Brimmer is an experienced program and learning development manager with a robust background in training, compliance, and organizational development. Currently serving as Program Manager for Training & Publications at WatchGuard Technologies since 2017, Ellen previously held key roles at Morgan Stanley, including Learning & Development Manager and Senior Operations Officer, where responsibilities encompassed managing compliance training for 22,000 employees and overseeing operational functions for the ISG Americas Compliance Department. Ellen's earlier experience includes a position at Premera as Learning & Development Manager, where significant initiatives in leadership development and performance management were executed. Ellen Brimmer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington and an MBA in Organizational Structure and Human Resources Management from City University.
