Water Heaters Now specializes in installing only high-quality water heaters in retrofit situations as well as providing industry-leading customer experiences. (We call this consistently providing “Wow-Now Solutions.”) We pride ourselves on educating the client while we serve them. Catering to the Twin Cities and Columbus, Ohio, we are dedicated to same-day service so that our customers’ lives and routines can continue with minimal interruption.

We install American-made products, Rheem professional grade tank heaters and Rinnai tankless heaters, and are dedicated to our 5 core principles: Honorable, Ever Better, Sherlock Edison, No Fear, and Never Ever Lie.

Founder and CEO Ray Snesrud built Water Heaters Now from 20 years of plumbing experience, armed with an entrepreneurial vision and desire to serve the home service plumbing industry with superior service and a business model poised for success.

Our customers consistently experience the quality of our products and services, and Water Heaters Now is quickly expanding. We started as a small company and have grown to 13 people installing 1,400 heaters a year while gathering over 500 reviews with a 4.9 average. Through grit, determination, and hard work, we have made our mark on the industry.

We pour into every person in our company, seeking out each individual’s unique and greatest ability and nourishing it to its greatest potential. Every member of our team has a place in the conversation; there is an expectation for personal and vocational growth that comes with employment at WHN.

We are committed to adding value in every circumstance and strive to give back (like installing wells in Haiti and Africa). We would love the opportunity to restore hot water to your home—please reach out, and a dedicated technician will soon arrive at your doorstep. Likewise, if you are seeking an opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing organization, please connect with us!
