Lip Ban Soh Ryan serves as the General Manager of Operations Performance & Support at WaterNSW since 2022, overseeing the asset lifecycle with responsibilities including Operations Business Planning & Transformation, Performance Insights & Reporting, and managing operations technology. Prior to this, Ryan was the Head of Management Accounting at HealthShare NSW, managing a $1.3 billion OPEX budget, and held the position of Senior Performance & Insights Manager at Sydney Water, focusing on performance analysis within a $1 billion operations budget. Earlier career highlights include senior roles at Wood Mackenzie, AME Group, and Accenture, with notable achievements in project management, market intelligence, and cost research. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Laws and Commerce from The Australian National University and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
