Austin E.

Austin E. currently serves as the Prospect Management and Research Lead at Water.org, following a six-year tenure at the University of Delaware where Austin held the position of Associate Director of Prospect Management and earlier as Senior Development Research Analyst. In these roles, Austin developed methodologies for identifying major gift prospects, managed a large team of fundraisers, and conducted high-level research on prospective donors. Prior experience includes directing development and communications at The Center for Grieving Children - Philadelphia, coordinating external relations at Benefits Data Trust, and various analytical and operational roles in government and education. Austin holds a Master of Public Administration focused on Education Policy and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Delaware, a certificate in Analytics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a Business Administration minor from Fordham University.
