Jose PM

Jose PM is a Senior Program Manager at Water.org, bringing over 16 years of progressive experience as a development worker. Previously, they held various roles including Program Support Officer at Caritas, where they contributed to tsunami relief efforts, and Fundraising & Communication Executive at SMILE Ltd, where they mobilized loans for community activities. Jose PM also served as a Social Mobilization Coordinator with the District Water & Sanitation Mission, coordinating WASH initiatives across multiple NGOs. They hold an Executive MBA from the Indo German Training Centre and an MS in NGO Management from Madurai Kamaraj University.
