WPEC — Water Power Environment Engineering Consultancy — is a Saudi engineering consultancy working across the water, power and environment sectors. We advise, design and provide technical assurance. We are an independent consultancy, not a contractor: we do not build what we design.

In the Kingdom, these three fields are rarely separable. Most drinking water is desalinated, and desalination is energy-intensive; new generating capacity carries an environmental cost; and the infrastructure that Vision 2030 depends on has to satisfy all three demands at once. We bring the disciplines together at the design stage, so that the trade-offs between them are resolved on paper rather than discovered on site.

Our practice spans water and hydraulics, desalination, power and electrical systems, renewables, oil and gas, infrastructure and environmental engineering, delivered by a single integrated team. Across these fields we provide:

- Engineering design and detailed technical studies
- Feasibility studies and technical assessment
- Water and wastewater systems engineering
- Power and energy infrastructure consultancy
- Environmental and sustainability engineering
- Design review and supervision through delivery

We support clients from concept to commissioning, offering independent advice with no commercial interest in the construction that follows.

Our clients are the public bodies, developers, contractors and operators responsible for the Kingdom's infrastructure — where independent, integrated engineering is what separates a sound decision from a costly correction on site.
