Brian Egan currently serves as General Manager at Water Source Australia, beginning in October 2024. Previously, Egan held various leadership roles at Qenos from July 1991 to September 2024, including Head of Research and Development, Technical Service and Quality, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, product and technology implementation, and managing intellectual property. Additional roles at Qenos included overseeing the customer technical service team, leading marketing efforts for the film segment, and managing laboratory testing and quality systems. Egan's extensive experience also includes a senior secondment at ExxonMobil, contributing to advanced polyethylene technologies, as well as a foundational role in customer technical service within the dairy industry. Egan earned a PhD in Materials Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne.
