Isabelle Smith

Isabelle Smith is the Director of IT at WaterAid, where they lead a team to manage and optimize technology while driving digital transformation and business intelligence. Previously, Isabelle served as the Chief Information Officer at All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response, overseeing logistics and ensuring teams had access to real-time data for decision-making. Their experience includes project coordination for remote school rebuilds in Nepal and a leadership role as Systems and Architecture Lead at All Hands Volunteers. Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
