Jack Hamilton has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Jack started their career as a Fundraising Assistant at Y Care International in 2015, where they managed supporter care for individual giving, community fundraising, and challenge events. Jack also acted as the first point of contact for fundraising inquiries and managed relationships with the charity's fulfillment house.

In 2016, Jack joined RSBC as an Income Generation Executive, responsible for managing a portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations. Jack drafted grant applications, maintained contact with funders during grant periods, and provided updates on the impact of their support. Jack later took on the role of Senior Income Generation Executive, contributing to a team income target of £1,000,000 per year.

In 2019, Jack became a Trustee of The Kora Trust. In this role, they fulfilled the responsibilities of overseeing the organization's activities and ensuring its mission and objectives were met.

Currently, Jack is working at WaterAid. Jack started as a Trust Officer in December 2020, supporting the Philanthropy & Trust Team in securing restricted and unrestricted Trust & Foundation income. Jack managed a large partnership and new business portfolio of donors and provided stewardship to existing and new donors. In October 2022, they were promoted to the role of Trust Manager, where they continued their responsibilities of donor engagement and building relationships to turn donors into committed supporters.

Jack Hamilton completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2014.
