Lucy Crow

Lucy Crow's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as an Administration Assistant at the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education. Lucy then transitioned to the role of Campaigns Assistant at the same organization before moving on to work as a Temporary Marketing Assistant at De Montfort University in 2009. During the same year, they also worked as a Publicity Coordinator at the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education. In 2011, Lucy began working as a Direct Marketing Officer at WaterAid and later progressed to become a Senior Direct Marketing Officer. Lucy then served as an Individual Giving Manager and eventually became a Strategic Planning Manager. In 2016, Lucy had a brief stint as a Secondee: Front End Innovation at The Good Lab. Lucy returned to WaterAid in 2018 as a Strategic Planning Manager and then took on the role of Strategic Planning Lead in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategy (CFR) at WaterAid, which they started in September 2022.

Lucy Crow attended the University of Leicester from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Human Geography.
