Robert Bruce has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles in different companies. Robert started their career as the Director of Training & Administration at Trans Africa College of Business & Computer Science from 2000 to 2003. From 2004 to 2012, they worked as the Superintendent of Training & Development at Gold Fields Ghana Limted, Tarkwa Gold Mine. In 2012, they served as an Advisor for Learning & Localization at MMG LXML Sepon Gold & Copper Mine, Laos PDR. Robert continued at MMG LXML Sepon Gold & Copper Mine in 2013 as a Technical Advisor for Professional Development & Localization. Robert then joined L&D Consulting Group as a Consultant from 2014 to 2015. Robert'smost recent roles were at WaterAid Ghana, where they started as the Manager of HR & Organization Development from November 2015 to May 2016. Robert then transitioned into the role of Capacity Development & Partnerships Lead from June 2016.

Robert Bruce has an extensive education history. Robert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geology & Chemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon, graduating in 1998. Robert then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Cape Coast, completing it in 2011. In 2006, they earned a Management Development Qualification (MDQ) in Organisational Leadership & Management from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Workplace Training & Assessment Cert IV (TAE40110) from the Australian Qualifications Framework in 2012, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from the University of Cape Coast in 2011, and Workplace Training & Assessments from the Assessment College of South Africa (Pty) Ltd. in 2005.
