Ruth Davidson

Ruth Davidson is a CIPD-qualified People Business Partner with over 5 years of HR experience and 6 years in an executive search start-up. Currently, they work at WaterAid, focusing on creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Previously, Ruth has held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Specialist at Big Society Capital, where they helped establish the People & Talent function and implemented several key HR initiatives. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminology from Cardiff University and is pursuing a qualification in Effective HR Business Partnering at Henley Business School.
