Tracey Li

Tracey Li is a seasoned professional in data governance and analytics, currently serving as the Data Governance Lead at WaterAid since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tracey excelled as Senior Data Lead at D-tree from December 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included implementing impactful data and AI interventions in low-resource health systems, managing project implementation, and enhancing the data capacity of government partners. Tracey's earlier positions include Project Manager and Data Scientist at Flowminder, Data Engineer/Analyst at Nextdoor, and Data Scientist at Premise, with a solid foundation in research as a post-doctoral researcher at prominent institutions such as MIT Senseable City Lab and Instituto de Física Corpuscular.
