Vindhya Iyer

Vindhya Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vindhya is currently working at WaterAid as the Regional People Lead for South Asia and Australasia. Prior to that, they worked at East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer as the Head of Human Resources KT. Vindhya also held leadership positions at Change Alliance Pvt Ltd, serving as the Head of People AME and the Regional HR Manager for Asia Middle East. Vindhya started their career at AuthBridge Research Services as the Manager for Talent Solutions and later worked at Manupatra as an Assistant Manager HR. Vindhya also gained experience as an HR Executive at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. and as an Executive RMG at NIIT Technologies Limited.

Vindhya Iyer completed their MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2003 to 2006. In 2018, they pursued investigations at The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service. In 2014, they obtained their Train The Trainer Certification from Dale Carnegie.
