Luca Tornese is an experienced commercial director currently leading WaterBear Network, an impact media publisher and production studio, since December 2023. Prior to this role, Luca served as Growth Director at Trudy, an AI-driven influencer profiling tool, from September 2022 to January 2024. Luca has a strong background in strategy, having worked as Head of Strategy at Tailify from April 2019 to March 2023 and held various strategic positions at TDY Studio from February 2014 to April 2019, where key achievements included securing long-term partnerships with global brands and significant revenue growth. Earlier experiences include digital strategy roles at coolbrandz and as a substitute teacher at Etat de Vaud. Luca holds a 1st Class Master's degree in Digital Media Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from the University of Lausanne.
