Andreas Labudda

Andreas Labudda is an experienced professional in production and operational excellence with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Production at waterdrop® since August 2019, Andreas has previously held key positions such as Director of Packaging Operations and Business Project Director at R-Pharm Germany GmbH, where responsibilities included leadership, change management, and efficiency improvement. Additionally, Andreas was the Director of Operational Excellence at Pfizer from April 2002 to September 2014, focusing on operational efficiency and process improvement. Andreas holds an Engineer’s Degree in Process Engineering from Hochschule Furtwangen, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
