Or Simhon has a diverse range of work experience. Or started their career in 2010 with the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as IDF until 2013. In 2017, they worked as a Computer Technician at Taldor, providing hardware installations and troubleshooting computer systems. From 2018 to 2020, Or worked at SpotNet as a Technical Support Representative, offering technical support for business and enterprise customers and handling installations and integration of communication, security, and wireless systems. Or also worked as a Network Security Engineer at SpotNet from 2020 to 2022, where they investigated, analyzed, and troubleshooted complex network issues and implemented information security solutions. Currently, Or is employed as a Field Support Engineer at Waterfall Security Solutions, beginning in 2022.

Or Simhon received a degree in Networking and Cyber Security from Net4U College from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained an EtherHaul Operation & Maintenance Certification from Siklu in 2020, focusing on mmWave radios. Or also has additional certifications, including the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate from Fortinet, obtained in April 2018, and the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate from Fortinet, obtained in February 2022.
