Mark Moses is an Advisor at Waterfield. Mark was previously a Senior Planning Engineer at Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd from October 2018 to January 2021.
Moses was head hunted by the Client PM to join the RAP project team. Their first task was to create a robust, accurate, cost/resource loaded, detailed schedule with auditable source information such as scope statements, estimates & the relevant rules of credit. By chairing several single discipline & multi-discipline workshops, Moses created a full integrated schedule with over 10,000 activities spanning the full project life cycle.
Moses also created & maintained project, stream & discipline specific progress reporting mechanisms, including earned value analysis & dashboards to give clear visibility to not only the Project Manager but the wider team. This improved forecasting accuracy as a standard across the project once the baseline had been agreed & fixed.
In addition, Moses created & maintained monthly resource trackers, capturing raw data from three major stakeholders with over 300 team members to accurately report the current resource demands whilst forecasting any future requirements.
Finally, Moses created the project change control process to capture changes by the production of PVN’s (Project Variation Notice) with relevant underpinning supporting data, which would then be implemented into the integrated schedule, addressing all schedule impacts.
