Larry Parker

Larry Parker has extensive experience in water treatment and management, holding positions such as Wastewater Treatment Operator at San Antonio Water System and Senior License Operator at WaterFleet, LLC. Parker's military background includes roles as a Planning & Training Supervisor in the U.S. Army, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating training for over 350 personnel, and as a Senior Water Treatment Systems Supervisor, training over 200 soldiers.
