The fund gives wholesale investors access to the Waterhouse family’s 100+ years of experience in the industry. The Waterhouse family’s experience, contacts and capital give it access to deals in the market that most funds would not appreciate or have access to. Since inception in August 2019, the fund has delivered performance of >27x. In 2023, the fund returned +39.5%.
