Waterman Consulting Services is a commercial construction management firm and enterprise software developer serving the medical, dental, and veterinary sectors across Houston and the major Texas markets.

On the delivery side, we protect the owner's interest from site selection through closeout — built on a simple standard: complete, compliant, and professional, not just "substantial completion." On the technology side, we built and continue to develop ForgedOps.AI™, our operations intelligence platform engineered to give owners and contractors true command over their projects.

Led by Justin J. Waterman, PMP, LEED AP BD+C, the firm pairs structured project controls and value engineering with proprietary software built for high-stakes environments where compliance and risk drive outcomes.
