Frank Chambers is an Associate Director at Waterman Structures, where they have worked since 1988. They are a Chartered Engineer and Approved Certifier of Design under the SER Registration Scheme, with over 30 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy. Their extensive expertise encompasses a diverse range of projects across various sectors within Scotland and the wider UK market, focusing on both new builds and refurbishment developments. Previously, Frank worked as a Civil/Structural Designer Detailer at Charles Roe Associates from 1986 to 1987 and earned an HND in Civil Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1984 and 1986.
