Ruth Marsh

Ruth Marsh is currently the Head of Sustainability (South) at Waterman Group, where they promote innovative and environmentally responsible practices within the industry. Previously, they held the role of Head of Sustainability and Associate Partner at Sheppard Robson, leading efforts in sustainable design and engaging with wider environmental issues. With a background that includes a Master of Architecture from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Architecture from Oxford Brookes University, Ruth is an advocate for a holistic approach to sustainability and has participated in the UK Green Building Council’s Future Leaders programme. Their career reflects a commitment to socially driven and sustainable design, emphasizing post-occupancy evaluation, circular economy, and retrofit.
